The Council meets twice a year to discuss the past and forthcoming work of the IBBC. Members are entitled  to send one representative to attend the Council. The purpose of the IBBC’s Council Meetings is for staff to report the past and forthcoming work of the organisation, and for Members to discuss that work. Members are encouraged to draw on their expertise to make suggestions.

Council Dinner

Traditionally one Council Meeting is held in London in the early Spring of every year and is followed by a dinner for Council Members and guests.  The second Council meeting takes place during the IBBC annual Weekend Retreat at Cumberland Lodge in Windsor Great Park.
