The IBBC is a forum for stakeholders, decision-makers and business leaders to meet and hold open, frank, and stimulating discussions about doing business in Iraq. To this end the IBBC hosts an annual weekend retreat, where members and other relevant parties meet to discuss business and enjoy Great Windsor Park and the rich heritage of Cumberland Lodge.
The weekend features a day of discussion, with panels of experts delivering talks on, among other things, education, oil and gas, infrastructure, construction, and political issues. The delicious food provided by the Lodge, as well as the in-house bar, make for a relaxing setting that members and guests can enjoy. Evening speakers approach the topics discussed during the day from a fresh angle, framing these in their wider context.
Sunday is dedicated to enjoying the Lodge and its surroundings, and guests are invited to attend a service at Great Windsor Park’s Royal Chapel, Her Majesty the Queen’s private chapel.
